🌾 Grateful Hearts — Day 15 🍂

“Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!”

🍁 Scripture for Today

Psalm 107:1 (KJV)
O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

🍁 A Moment to Reflect

There are days when the heart feels quiet—when gratitude isn’t loud or sparkling, but steady and calm. Sometimes thanksgiving is not a shout, but a gentle nod toward Heaven, remembering that God has kept us, guided us, and never once forsaken us.

A grateful heart doesn’t require perfect circumstances. It simply remembers who God is.

🍁 A Word for the Soul

The psalmist reminds us that gratitude rests on God’s goodness, not our mood, our comfort, or our ease. His mercy is not fragile. His faithfulness does not waver with the winds of life. Even when we feel small, unnoticed, or weary—His love stands firm.

🍁 Today’s Practice of Thanksgiving

🌿 Thank the Lord for the quiet blessings:

  • A breath without pain
  • A moment without fear
  • A memory that warms
  • A prayer that steadies
  • A Savior who intercedes

🍁 A Simple Prayer

“Lord, teach my heart to thank You in the quiet places, in the ordinary hours, and in the calm between the storms. Let my gratitude rest in who You are. Amen.”

🍁 Closing Thought

A grateful heart grows best not only in sunlight, but in stillness—because even there, God is good.

With a thankful heart,
Bonnie 🌿
