I got baptized in 2023. By then, I was already working on a Bible writing project. This project had taken me pretty far. I had written from Genesis through Isaiah with exception to much of Psalms. I found that particular book to be very laborious. I had to take it a bit at a time. I was working on it diligently. Oddly, I found it much more difficult to get through than the books of law. Anyway, I was hand writing the Bible. I hoped that the physical act of writing the words would help them become part of me. I wanted to really ingrain them in my memory. I aimed to make them part of myself. This method was what I felt would get me there.

After my baptism, this took on a variety of different forms. I went through some classes with wvbs.org (entirely free BTW) and completely enjoyed that. I took a lot of notes and took my time going through what I found very interesting. I met up with some other interesting people and websites. I will get to them a bit later. They gave me a great deal of information and hope in my studies. For the bulk of today’s post, I wanted to express my main objectives. They are writing, journaling, studying the word, and committing it to my heart. If I can share some of that with you, I hope you will enjoy it fully. Take it along with you and share it too.
